For this endpoint, use /omaha/e-statement-info.get as a prerequisite to retrieve the statementId parameter.
/omaha/bulk-mail-identifier
Bulk shipping codes are reserved for Card Issuance Unit (CIU) clients whose plastics are embossed by the System and who use bulk mail accounts and shipping identifiers to send daily issue and reissue plastics to addresses other than customer addresses.

For this endpoint, use /omaha/e-statements-annual-info.get as a prerequisite to retrieve the statementId parameter. Optionally returns the backer PDF if present.
